Download the South Ken Green Trail and explore the biodiverse installation pop-ups along Exhibition Road or head over to Hyde Park and learn to fly through the air with the greatest of ease on the Gorilla trapeaze.

If you need to cool off, dip your feet in the Serpentine Lido followed by a bite to eat at The Rooftop. And what better way to end of your day than a trip to the iconic Royal Albert Hall for the much-anticipated Proms.
