Fashion, Trends & the Great Wetland
Last week, the Science Museum opened Water Pantanal Fire, a free photography exhibition documenting the world's largest wetland and the threats it faces from climate change. The display features 65 striking images captured by two leading Brazilian photographers.
If fashion is your call, tickets are now on sale at V&A South Kensington for Schiaparelli: Fashion Becomes Art. With more than 200 garments, accessories, jewellery, artworks, perfumes and rare archival treasures, the exhibition promises a dazzling journey into the house’s audacious imagination and boundless creative legacy.
Sticking with fashion, tickets are also now on sale at the Design Museum for the world's first retrospective of groundbreaking designer NIGO: From Japan with Love. This landmark exhibition celebrates the visionary creative director credited with forging one of the earliest and most influential bridges between streetwear and luxury fashion.
In the meantime, escape the rain this Valentine's Day by exploring South Kensington’s museums, galleries and culture hidden gems - visit our website to find out what's on this weekend.
