We’ve teamed up with the Design Museum and Kensington Quarter to give you the chance to win two tickets to the brand-new exhibition Blitz: The Club That Shaped the 80s, plus a 3 course meal for two at The Kensington Quarter!
Behind a door in a Covent Garden side street, the Blitz club was the place where 1980s style began. Inspired by everything from David Bowie, the punk and soul scenes, to continental cinema and cabaret culture, the brightest young talents of their generation came together to revolutionise fashion, music and design, turning a niche club night into a launchpad for global superstardom.
This major exhibition explores how the legendary Blitz club night transformed 1980s London style, and generated a creative scene that had an enormous impact on popular culture in the decade that followed — from fashion and music, to film, art and design.
The exhibition runs from 20th September 2025 to the 29th March 2026.

- The prize is for 2 tickets for Blitz: the club that shaped the 80s at the Design Museum on the date of your choosing (subject to availability), as well as a 3 course meal for 2 + 1 alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage.
- The tickets for must be claimed before the exhibition's end date (29th March 2026)
- On 7th October 2025, Discover South Kensington will pick an entry at random deemed as The Winner. The Winners' details will only be shared with the Design Museum and The Kensington Quarter to make the booking.
- The Winner will be notified by Discover South Kensington via email. If the winner has not accepted the prize within two days of being notified, Discover South Kensington shall select at random an alternative winner.
- The judge’s decision is final.
- If you do not opt-in below to receive our newsletter, you will still be entered into the competition.
- The prize can be redeemed any time during the run of the Blitz: the club that shaped the 80s exhibition, but it’s recommended that the winner books in advance, prior to the exhibition’s closing date.
- Booking date for the meal is subject to availability, but for the exhibition you can show up any time according to the museum’s opening hours: For the exhibition, the prize winner can show up at any time by presenting their ticket voucher.
