Win a Memborable Afternoon Tea for Two at the Science Museum!

Brand new to the Science Museum, take your seat for an out-of-this-world afternoon tea like no other. Discover culinary creativity combined with a celebration of science and art—the ideal way to round off a day of discovery around the museum.

Curated by Benugo chefs, you’ll be able to tuck into imaginative treats from petri dish jelly to Earl-Grey soaked scones to our signature pink lemonade where you use chemistry to create your own fizzy drink! 

Adding to the experience, the plates feature designs by world-renowned Zaha Hadid Architects, the acclaimed studio founded by the late Zaha Hadid, who designed the Science Museum’s Mathematics: The Winton Gallery.

The adult menu offers a sophisticated twist on the theme, with inspiration drawn from the universe and scientific discovery.  While children will be encouraged to explore science through taste and play - they will have a blast using two beakers and pink test tubes to mix their own fizzy drink, predicting the reaction as the liquids combine—adding a fun splash of chemistry to the experience.

Savour delicious sandwiches and rolls, from classic smoked salmon and cream cheese to vibrant plant-based options, followed by cosmic sweet treats like a Solar System cupcake, Galaxy brownie, and Rocket Ship cookie.

• On 25th March 2025, Discover South Kensington will pick an entry at random deemed as The Winner. The Winners' details will only be shared with the Design Museum to make the booking. 
• The Winner will be notified by Discover South Kensington via email. If the winner has not accepted the prize within two days of being notified, Discover South Kensington shall select at random an alternative winner. 
• The judge’s decision is final.
